What this tool does

Trim the visible page area using a preview box or millimetre margins. Coordinates follow the page as displayed, including rotation. Cropping sets page boundaries and is not a way to permanently remove sensitive content.

Inputs are up to 25 MB each, subject to the existing plan page limit. Text input is up to 500 KB. Jobs have a 90-second processing deadline and a 128 MB output budget. Existing upload checks, virus scan, queue and automatic deletion apply. Changed PDFs lose valid digital signatures.

Common questions

Is cropping permanent redaction?

No. Hidden page content can remain recoverable. Use redaction for information that must be removed.

Are rotated pages handled?

The box follows visual page coordinates. Preview other pages before applying one crop to all.

Can margins differ for every page?

One set applies to the run. Split pages with different layouts first.
