What this tool does
Some forms reject files below a minimum. This tool resamples to more pixels and writes a high-quality JPEG. It never inserts invisible padding and cannot recreate lost detail.
One still image, up to 25 MB, 50 megapixels and 16,000 pixels per side. Animated/multipage inputs use the first frame. Files use the existing upload checks, virus scan, queue and automatic deletion.

Common questions
Is this AI enhancement?
No. Ordinary interpolation adds pixels; it does not invent accurate detail.
Why can the minimum still be missed?
Simple pictures compress very efficiently. Pixel/resource limits may stop further enlargement; a warning explains the result.
Do you add blank bytes?
No. The JPEG is a genuine resized image. A larger pixel count can still encode to fewer bytes than the source.
