Common questions
Which statements does it work with?
PDF statements downloaded from net banking, where you can select the text. Scanned paper statements are not supported yet. Date, narration, reference, debit, credit and balance become separate columns.
How do I know nothing was missed?
We check that every running balance adds up and show you the result. Choose Excel for a formatted workbook, or CSV for Tally and other accounting software.
Is Bank statement to Excel free?
Yes. Up to 50 tasks a day per visitor, with no sign-up and no watermark on your files.
Are my files safe?
Files are processed on servers in India, checked for viruses, and deleted automatically after one hour. You can also delete them yourself right after downloading.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It works in any modern browser on Android, iPhone and computers, with nothing to install.
