What this tool does

Join the PDFs in order, then search several image-resolution and quality settings for your KB maximum. Text stays in PDF form, but scanned images can lose detail. A target miss is shown honestly.

Inputs are up to 25 MB each, subject to the existing plan page limit. Text input is up to 500 KB. Jobs have a 90-second processing deadline and a 128 MB output budget. Existing upload checks, virus scan, queue and automatic deletion apply. Changed PDFs lose valid digital signatures.

Common questions

Is the target for each input or the combined file?

It applies to the final combined PDF.

Can every merged PDF reach 100 KB?

No. The tool stops at its resolution/quality floor and returns the smallest result with a warning.

Can I keep different input passwords?

There is one password field. Unlock separately first when the PDFs use different passwords.
