Terms of service

The service

MoharDocs provides free website tools and an API for generating, converting and processing documents. By using the website tools, creating an account or using an API key you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent.

Free website tools

The website tools are free and need no account. To keep them fast and fair for everyone, each connection can run a limited number of tasks a day; the allowance resets at midnight IST.

Files you upload and the results are deleted automatically after one hour, so download your result before then. You must have the right to process every file you upload.

Accounts and API keys

You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for all use made with them. Revoke a key immediately if you think it has been exposed.

You must give a working email address. We use it to sign you in and to send important notices about your account.

Acceptable use

Do not use MoharDocs to create forged, fraudulent or misleading documents, to process content you have no right to process, to attack other systems, or to bypass usage limits (for example by creating multiple accounts for free credits).

Removing a PDF password is only allowed when you supply the correct password. We never attempt to crack passwords.

Credits and payment

Operations use credits at the published rates. Free monthly credits reset on the 1st of each month at midnight IST. Prepaid credits do not expire. Credits for failed jobs are refunded automatically.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service during early access. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
