Common questions
Does this remove GPS coordinates?
Removal strips EXIF, IPTC and XMP, including embedded GPS tags. Recheck the output rather than assuming every app has the same metadata reader.
Does it hide an address written in the picture?
No. Visible pixels remain. Use a manual redaction tool for text or numbers inside the picture.
Do you keep a metadata database?
No new metadata logs are stored. The requested report/output follows the existing temporary-file retention.
