Which sizes are included?

The ICO includes 16, 32, 48 and 64 px variants; separate PNGs are 192 and 512 px square.

Will this create a full installable web app?

Why should I check 16 px?

Small favicons lose fine lettering. A simpler source mark often works better than a detailed banner.
