How to prepare your pdf document

  1. Prepare the source

Choose the certificate PDF when the recipient needs an image rather than a PDF.

  2. Use the configured tool

Choose JPG or PNG and the rendering resolution, then convert PDF pages to images.

  3. Check the result

Inspect small lettering, seals and image file sizes; high-resolution output may need separate resizing for a size-limited field.

Common questions

Will 300 DPI automatically meet a 50 KB upload limit?

No. Resolution and compressed file size are different. Use an image resizer afterward if the receiving field imposes a KB limit.
